Location: McLean, Virginia, United States; hybrid workplace. US citizenship and an active Secret Clearance are required.

Salary: $141,000–$185,000 annually.

What you will do

• Design, develop, customize, and deploy ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, forms, and user interfaces.
• Build custom scoped applications and integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms using scalable development patterns.
• Configure and maintain development, testing, staging, sandbox, and production environments.
• Gather requirements, identify process inefficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and provide production and end-user support.
• Support Agile delivery, release management, CI/CD, code reviews, technical documentation, and collaboration with stakeholders, administrators, Scrum Masters, and IT teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers as needed.

Requirements

• US citizenship and an active Secret Clearance are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience, including ServiceNow platform development.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Application Engine, Flow Designer, workflow automation, Case Management, and custom scoped applications.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is required; Certified Application Developer certification is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, REST/SOAP APIs, web services, Agile Scrum, SDLC, and scalable software design practices.
