Senior Director, Production, Marcom (US)

Location: United States; remote-first approach.

Base compensation: $190,000–$230,000 annually.

What you will do

• Own delivery, financial health, and client relationships across a defined portfolio of accounts.
• Lead and develop Directors, Associate Directors, and Producers, including development planning and performance management.
• Build executive-level relationships with clients and serve as a senior delivery partner.
• Strengthen production processes, standards, efficiencies, and operational agility across accounts.
• Lead pitches and proposals by developing scopes, staffing plans, budgets, and business cases.
• Forecast resourcing and capacity needs while identifying opportunities to expand client partnerships.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience across integrated production, including campaign, content, video, digital, experiential, and brand work.
• Experience managing managers, building teams, developing directors, hiring, and making personnel decisions.
• Fluency in portfolio-level financial management, including P&L ownership, margin risk identification, and resourcing decisions.
• Executive-level client relationship experience and confidence in high-stakes conversations.
• Experience building scalable operations through systems and people, as well as managing external production partners.
• Strong judgment, high emotional intelligence, autonomy, and ability to build trust across clients, teams, and leadership.
