Program Manager, People & Places

Location: Los Angeles or San Diego, California preferred; remote considered for candidates residing within the Pacific Time Zone. Current Pacific Time Zone residency is required.

Salary: $137,200–$205,800 USD annually.

What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional strategic, operational, and employee-focused programs across People & Places and partner organizations.
• Translate business objectives into integrated program plans, workstream roadmaps, milestones, responsibilities, and success measures.
• Coordinate projects, dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, scope, schedules, and competing priorities.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment, decision-making, leadership reviews, and concise executive-ready status communications.
• Partner with change-management and functional leaders on engagement, communications, readiness, training, adoption, transition, and operational handoff.
• Maintain portfolio information in Asana and contribute to intake, prioritization, capacity planning, reporting, and PPMO practice improvements.

Requirements

• At least six years of progressively responsible project or program management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience leading through influence in a matrixed organization and converting ambiguous objectives into clear outcomes and executable plans.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, conflict resolution, communication, judgment, and risk-management skills.
• Experience managing programs, workstreams, dependencies, decisions, scope, schedules, and competing priorities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with Program Managers, change-management professionals, functional leaders, sponsors, and the PPMO Director.
• Current residence within the Pacific Time Zone is required. Experience with Asana-based portfolio practices is required.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering People, HR, workplace, employee-experience, or organizational programs.
• Experience in a global, matrixed technology or entertainment organization.
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, Greenhouse, workplace-management systems, Asana, or other portfolio platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience; PgMP, PMP, agile, project, or change-management certification.
• Residence in Southern California.
