Technology Governance & Portfolio Strategy Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Build and operationalize governance frameworks, operating models, and execution routines for a technology change and investment portfolio.
• Develop an integrated change radar covering technology initiatives, resiliency activities, data migrations, deployment schedules, and other major changes.
• Aggregate schedules and data into portfolio-level views that improve leadership visibility, planning, and decision-making.
• Identify risks, dependencies, conflicts, overlaps, and escalation areas across concurrent technology activities.
• Create executive presentations, dashboards, reports, and decision-support materials from complex technical and portfolio data.
• Use generative AI tools such as Copilot to support analysis, prompting, workflow development, and process design.

Requirements

• 7+ years of information technology experience supporting business services or equivalent experience.
• Experience building and operationalizing governance, operating, or execution frameworks in large, complex organizations.
• Strong background in technology governance, portfolio management, strategy execution, or technology project and program environments.
• Experience with risk management, complex data analysis, technology change management, and identifying dependencies or conflicts.
• Strong executive communication skills, including leadership presentations, dashboards, reporting, and decision-support materials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, business intelligence concepts or tools, and generative AI prompting; JIRA and Confluence experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or another large, highly complex organization.
• Technical or engineering experience providing a broad understanding of technology environments.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
