Technical Program Manager, Public Sector (AI)

Location: Dayton, OH; requires working at a cleared facility in the greater Boston area at least three days per week and traveling at least 25% of the time, with occasional periods of 50% travel. Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

What you will do

• Lead delivery of agentic workflows and AI systems for national security and other public sector use cases.
• Own or support customer account plans, triage technical issues, and manage long-term customer risks.
• Use data, analytics, and technical expertise to align engineering, operations, product, and public sector teams.
• Transition generative AI and machine learning technologies into operational products despite ambiguous requirements.
• Build solutions for computer vision and generative AI applications, addressing engineering problems with product development teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams and identify repeatable approaches to customer success.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• At least 3 years of stakeholder management or customer-facing experience.
• Technical background in computer science, statistics, engineering, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of generative AI and machine learning fundamentals, including RAG, evaluations, and agent orchestration.
• Structured, analytics-driven problem-solving and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work at a cleared facility in the greater Boston area at least three days per week and travel at least 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Aerospace manufacturing experience, including CAD product lifecycle management, configuration management, engineering drawing standards, or digital twins.
• Experience with legacy aircraft sustainment or maintenance, repair, and overhaul programs.
• Experience at an API technology company or managing technical customers using an API.
• Proficiency in Python or another programming language.
