Senior Program Integration Lead (AI)

Location: On-site at the Pentagon and other secure Government facilities in Alexandria, VA and the National Capital Region; frequent in-person collaboration and travel to mission locations required.

What you will do

• Serve as a senior program and operational integration partner to A&S leadership within the Chief Data and Artificial Intelligence Office.
• Coordinate Combatant Commands, Joint Staff, Services, acquisition organizations, technical teams, and other mission partners around shared priorities and outcomes.
• Translate strategic direction into executable objectives, roadmaps, backlogs, operating rhythms, and delivery activities.
• Maintain an integrated view of priorities, dependencies, risks, decisions, resources, and execution across participating organizations.
• Coordinate Cadre-supported activities across JFN and associated Golden Hammer programs, including ARGO, JSDT, THUNDERFORGE, and ETA.
• Prepare executive reporting, briefings, and decision-ready options while driving unresolved issues toward closure.

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience in military operations, program or portfolio leadership, acquisition, capability development, national security, or a related field.
• Experience leading complex programs, portfolios, or mission efforts involving multiple organizations, disciplines, and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate strategic guidance into executable plans and create alignment without direct authority over participating stakeholders.
• Strong judgment and executive communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex issues and incomplete information into decision-ready options.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required before starting.
• On-site work, frequent in-person collaboration, secure-facility access, and travel as required are part of the role.

Nice to have

• Senior Joint, Service, Combatant Command, or Special Operations operational experience.
• Experience with Joint fires, targeting, command and control, or related mission areas.
• Experience with software-intensive, data, AI/ML, or digitally enabled capability programs.
• Familiarity with defense software acquisition, rapid capability delivery, Agile delivery, product management, or backlog management.
• Experience establishing governance structures and operating models for evolving programs with distributed ownership and authorities.
