Workplace Services Safety, Security, and Facilities Coordinator (Contract) (Automotive)

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States; the role supports daily operations at Pittsburgh facilities and provides remote support to other Latitude sites.

What you will do

• Manage badging, access control, CCTV, visitor management, credential issuance, access audits, and related physical security procedures.
• Support workplace safety compliance, inspections, audits, corrective actions, training, communications, and compliance records.
• Coordinate daily facility operations, maintenance requests, inspections, preventative maintenance, space changes, events, supplies, vendors, contractors, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Manage service tickets, provide accurate updates, escalate issues, and maintain service-level standards.
• Lead cross-functional projects while managing scope, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Support cross-training and operational coverage across shipping, receiving, asset management, and other workplace services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and two years of employment experience, or an Associate’s degree and four years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED and six years of experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, corporate physical security, or facilities.
• Experience with service ticketing platforms, access control systems, and closed-loop camera systems is strongly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, customer service, attention to detail, time management, multitasking, and continuous improvement skills.
• Moderate knowledge of building systems and facility operations; computer proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform labor-intensive tasks.
