Facilities Administrator (Cybersecurity)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States — onsite, full time

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 USD annual

What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Austin office and maintain a safe, efficient, and professional workplace.
• Manage preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and the operation of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other facility infrastructure.
• Coordinate renovations, remodeling, facility updates, equipment layouts, and small-to-medium improvement projects.
• Manage external service providers, including cleaning and electrical contractors, and support cost-effective delivery.
• Administer building security systems and global access control, including access record audits and updates.
• Create purchase orders, track invoices, and support budget monitoring through the ERP system.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in facilities management, security operations, or a similar role.
• Ability to handle routine tasks independently and manage more complex work with guidance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Availability for after-hours emergency response when needed.
• Must have the right to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience administering access control systems such as Genetec, Lenel, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
