What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned functions or regions.
• Advise hiring managers and HR Business Partners on talent markets, hiring strategies, role requirements, and selection decisions.
• Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner on candidate evaluations, offer recommendations, hiring decisions, and compensation-aligned negotiations.
• Promote employer brand messaging and contribute to broader talent acquisition initiatives.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Recruiting experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences organizations across job levels.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and HR professionals.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, communication, and influencing skills.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and compliant hiring practices.
• Ability to prioritize, adapt, deliver timely quality hires, and maintain a positive candidate experience.
