Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Remote in Montreal, Quebec, or Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Base salary for roles based in or eligible to work from Ontario: $100,000–$115,000 CAD annually

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles from intake through signed offer.
• Build sourcing strategies, create talent pipelines, and manage multiple active searches.
• Partner with hiring managers on role requirements, market data, compensation, structured interviews, and fair assessment.
• Improve interview kits, scorecards, interviewer training, employer brand, and careers-site presence.
• Track time to hire, pipeline conversion, and candidate experience metrics to improve recruiting processes.
• Coordinate with the People team on hiring plans, offer-to-onboarding handoffs, and talent projects.

Requirements

• Full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and non-technical roles, ideally in a growth-stage company.
• Demonstrated experience advising and partnering with hiring managers, including the ability to challenge decisions when needed.
• Strong sourcing skills and the ability to build a pipeline from scratch.
• Ability to manage several searches simultaneously while meeting commitments.
• Experience with modern recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse is used.
• Sound judgment in building diverse teams and designing processes that reduce bias.

• SaaS, fintech, or wealthtech experience.
• Experience improving recruiting processes or building interviewer training from the ground up.
• Exposure to employer brand or careers-site work.
