Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist (Eng/French) - 12 Month Maternity Leave Contract

Location: Remote across Canada

Salary: CAD 65,000–75,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles across global locations, with a focus on North America and Latin America.
• Source, attract, and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and creative outreach.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews and support high-quality hiring decisions.
• Partner with hiring managers and global talent acquisition colleagues to ensure consistent processes and a strong candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in Workable and other tracking tools.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in-house or agency-based.
• Experience managing stakeholders and partnering with hiring managers.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruitment methods.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory.

• Experience in payments, fintech, or high-volume hiring.
• Experience recruiting across North America and Latin America.
