Location: Remote - USA

Base salary: $76,900–$120,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for People Operations and Corporate roles from intake through offer.
• Build target company lists, market maps, and reusable talent intelligence for priority searches.
• Research target-company culture, structure, and organizational dynamics to identify active and passive candidates.
• Lead confidential director- and VP-level searches with retained-search rigor.
• Represent Clover’s mission, Medicare Advantage business, and SaaS subsidiary to senior candidates.
• Use AI tools for sourcing, research, outreach, and pipeline management while applying human judgment.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success recruiting leaders across corporate functions, including directors or department heads.
• Experience building target-company lists and market maps from scratch.
• Strong ability to identify, engage, and close candidates who are not actively job seeking.
• Experience conducting confidential searches and partnering directly with C-suite leaders.
• A clear point of view on AI recruiting tools, including their strengths and limitations.
• Ability to influence hiring managers with data and operate independently in a complex, changing environment.

Nice to have

• A reusable prompt library, workflow, or research template adopted by others.
• Experience explaining Medicare Advantage and SaaS in conversations with senior candidates.
