Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract)

Location: Hybrid in New York City with a 3-day in-office requirement. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 base pay annually.

What you will do

• Advise hiring managers on role scope, competency frameworks, and interview plans.
• Own full-cycle recruitment for complex roles across go-to-market, customer experience, operations, risk, payments, and legal.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, social platforms, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct structured candidate assessments and manage the process from sourcing through offer and close.
• Keep candidates and stakeholders informed while maintaining accurate, up-to-date recruiting records.
• Improve recruiting strategy, processes, best practices, KPIs, and data quality in Greenhouse and Ashby.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, ideally in-house at a fintech or payments technology company.
• Experience hiring across departments and levels, from individual contributors through senior leadership.
• Strong proactive sourcing and headhunting experience, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking.
• Experience managing multiple full-cycle searches while providing a high-touch candidate experience.
• Clear communication, structured working habits, attention to detail, and a focus on building diverse talent pipelines.
• Ability to work in a hybrid New York City setup with three days in the office and authorization to work in the United States.
