Senior Technical Project / Delivery Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, based in Latin America (LATAM); strong overlap with U.S. time zones required.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day delivery of an AI-driven acquisitions decision-support platform MVP.
• Manage the external delivery vendor against the Statement of Work, timeline, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate vendor, data and engineering teams, and business stakeholders to remove blockers and maintain delivery momentum.
• Plan and facilitate User Acceptance Testing, gather feedback, track issues, and coordinate resolution.
• Maintain requirements, decisions, risks, dependencies, UAT outcomes, and delivery-status documentation.
• Support change management, adoption, knowledge transfer, and the final handoff to a future internal owner.

Requirements

• Experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar role leading data, analytics, AI, or technology platform implementations.
• Direct experience managing external delivery vendors against a defined Statement of Work, timeline, and delivery milestones.
• Strong coordination skills across technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience planning and running UAT sessions, gathering feedback, tracking issues, and coordinating resolution.
• Excellent documentation, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency, LATAM location, and availability for strong overlap with U.S. time zones are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in media, publishing, or entertainment.
• Experience with M&A, acquisitions, or investment-related business teams.
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Product Manager.
• Technical fluency across data, analytics, AI, and platform implementations.
• Experience delivering MVPs in high-growth or fast-paced corporate environments.
