Program Manager IV (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the continental United States; U.S. work authorization required

Salary: $87,700–$157,800 per year

What you will do

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional implementation and process-improvement programs.
• Manage program scope, schedules, budgets, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate project managers, business analysts, and workgroups across operations, finance, and benefits functions.
• Create executive dashboards, status reports, steering committee materials, and strategic analyses.
• Resolve project issues, develop risk-mitigation plans, and escalate complex matters to leadership.
• Deliver best-practice and training materials for project teams and employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience leading functional teams and managing large-scale cross-functional projects or supervising staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• Healthcare or managed care experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
