Project Manager IV - Business Operations (Healthcare)

Location: Fully remote within the United States; must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $87,700–$157,800 per year

What you will do

• Lead complex programs comprising multiple projects and workstreams across Corporate Business Operations.
• Manage the full project life cycle, including requirements assessment, planning, scheduling, resourcing, budgeting, execution, deployment, and closure.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage interdependencies, and negotiate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, issue lists, and risk management plans.
• Communicate project status and provide leadership to stakeholders and external agencies.
• Support the establishment and maintenance of project management methodologies and department procedures.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience with department-specific projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on large-scale projects or serving as a functional lead or supervisor.
• Experience managing vendors, including SLAs, KPIs, deliverables, escalations, remediation plans, and governance meetings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must have U.S. work authorization without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Healthcare or managed care experience.
• PMP certification.
• Vendor governance and business operations experience.
