Program Manager (Automotive)

What you will do

• Lead assigned automotive programs from award through launch and serial production.
• Manage program activities according to Vibracoustic APQP standards, including milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain timing plans to meet launch targets and critical deadlines.
• Track KPIs, manage risks and issues, and coordinate escalations.
• Coordinate Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Launch Management teams.
• Support cost tracking, budget management, industrialization, and customer launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Product Development, Business Development, or a related automotive manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, product launch processes, and automotive quality standards.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, KPIs, risk mitigation, and customer-facing communications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global automotive environment.

Nice to have

• Project Management certification such as PMP or equivalent.
