Director, Program Management (Quantum Computing)

Location: On-site in Broomfield, Colorado; Albuquerque, New Mexico; or Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, United States.

Salary: $180,000–$229,000 annually, inclusive of bonus target.

What you will do

• Develop global facilities footprint strategies aligned with business growth, product roadmaps, capacity, and space requirements.
• Translate business and product plans into programs and projects with defined priorities, scope, resources, timelines, milestones, and KPIs.
• Lead facilities, capital investment, workplace strategy, and other complex programs from planning through execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across R&D, Operations, Finance, IT, Security, HSE, HR, Real Estate, vendors, and external partners.
• Report program status, risks, mitigation strategies, and financial execution to executive leadership.
• Oversee and mentor the facilities program management organization while promoting accountability, collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in program management, project management, or business management.
• Experience leading complex technical projects in facilities, real estate, operations, or R&D is valued.
• Strong financial acumen, including project financials, forecasts, and capital program planning.
• Ability to lead independently through ambiguity and translate project scopes into milestones and KPIs.
• Due to contractual requirements, candidates must be a U.S. Person: a U.S. citizen, permanent resident or green card holder, or a worker granted asylum or refugee status. Candidates must not be nationals of China or Russia unless also U.S. citizens.
