Financial Analyst, NA FP&A

Location: Based in the Loveland, Colorado or New York City offices. Relocation is not provided.

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own daily, periodic, and quarterly management reporting packages with accurate and timely delivery.
• Perform variance analysis across actuals, budgets, forecasts, prior-year results, P&L lines, and departmental spending.
• Investigate variances with operational leaders and prepare commentary for executive and board-level reporting.
• Maintain financial models, templates, dashboards, and data consistency across ERP and FP&A planning systems.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting, ad-hoc modeling, cost-benefit analyses, and scenario modeling.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and reduce financial close cycle times.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 1–3 years of finance or accounting experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, and basic financial modeling.
• Understanding of accounting principles, the three financial statements, and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work from the Loveland or New York City office; relocation assistance is not provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
• Exposure to OneStream, Hyperion, Anaplan, Power BI, or Tableau.
