Salary: $135,000–$216,000 annually in Colorado; $145,000–$232,000 in Washington; $152,600–$244,000 in California and NYC.

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for AI automation, agentic workflows, and business transformation initiatives.
• Map current-state and future-state processes, including decision points, exceptions, approvals, dependencies, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Define functional and technical requirements covering APIs, event triggers, workflow boundaries, system interactions, and AI decisioning handoffs.
• Document data flows, field-level mappings, prompt and input requirements, validation rules, reconciliation, auditability, and exception scenarios.
• Create Jira tickets, user stories, business rules, acceptance criteria, and traceability documentation for delivery teams.
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, testing, UAT, governance, and continuous improvement of automation documentation standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Techno-Functional Analyst.
• Experience with AI automation, enterprise workflows, system integrations, APIs, n8n, Boomi, or similar automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI, REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, data mapping, and workflow orchestration patterns.
• Experience documenting automation requirements and collaborating with engineers, architects, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to apply AI responsibly with attention to data privacy, security, compliance, governance, and operational risk.
