HR Business Partner, EMEA

What you will do

• Act as the primary People team partner for EMEA leaders, managers, and employees across commercial and operational functions.
• Advise managers on performance, employee relations, feedback, development, team health, and sensitive people matters.
• Provide hands-on People Operations support across the employee lifecycle and coordinate with global People Operations.
• Support EMEA recruiting by partnering with hiring managers, participating in interviews, and providing regional context.
• Partner with Workplace on employee experience, engagement, events, and regional culture initiatives.
• Identify regional themes, risks, and opportunities; support global People programme rollouts and collaborate with Finance, Legal, Recruiting, and Workplace.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a broad HRBP, People Partner, or generalist role, ideally in a fast-growing technology company.
• Experience advising GTM leaders and teams across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, RevOps, Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services.
• Hands-on experience with UK benefits and HR operations, including employee lifecycle events, vendors, and local compliance.
• Broad generalist experience covering People Operations, employee relations, recruiting, workplace experience, and strategic business partnering.
• Strong judgement, business acumen, communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills.
• Based in London and able to commit to the hybrid schedule with on-site work on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
