Engineering Manager (AI)

Salary: $224K–$263K base salary, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead two engineering squads with 11 engineers across the Trust Center and Questionnaire products.
• Deliver against defined product roadmaps using weekly goal tracking, technical specification reviews, and proactive project visibility.
• Partner with product and design to prioritize roadmaps, make tradeoffs, and shape customer-facing software.
• Participate in architecture discussions and guide sound technical decisions without writing all the code.
• Attract, develop, and retain engineers, including managing and elevating senior individual contributors.
• Work with go-to-market, AI Platform, and other teams to remove blockers and identify opportunities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-time engineering management experience leading teams of 6–8 or more engineers.
• Experience running high-execution engineering teams with disciplined delivery practices and timeline accountability.
• Experience managing and developing senior individual contributors.
• Product engineering background building customer-facing software rather than primarily infrastructure or platform systems.
• Technical engagement in architecture discussions, specification reviews, and engineering tradeoff decisions.
• Ability to shape product and long-term technical strategy with a product manager and use AI effectively in day-to-day work.
