Senior DevOps Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, Little Rock, New York, or Seattle, United States

Annual base compensation: $130,000–$196,500

What you will do

• Design, implement, and operate highly available, scalable, and secure infrastructure for core platform and data collaboration products.
• Enable AI-powered development by integrating AI assistants, agentic frameworks, and LLMs into the SDLC.
• Own production services end to end, including capacity planning, performance tuning, observability, SLOs, error budgets, and incident response.
• Architect CI/CD pipelines, release automation, infrastructure-as-code, and deployment strategies for large microservices environments.
• Partner with engineering, Security, SRE, and Architecture teams on platform standards, migrations, resilience, compliance, and cost optimization.
• Mentor engineers and improve reliability, security, operational excellence, and incident management practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, infrastructure engineering, or a related field operating production systems at scale.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and cloud-native architecture.
• Strong expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, multi-tenant clusters, deployments, and runtime troubleshooting.
• Experience with CI/CD, release automation, infrastructure as code, configuration management, and observability stacks.
• Programming or scripting experience with Python, Go, Ruby, Bash, or a similar language, plus Linux systems debugging skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, with strong cross-team communication and mentoring abilities.

Nice to have

• Terraform, GCP, AWS, Azure, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Spinnaker, or similar tools.
• Experience developing and deploying AI agents.
