Intern, Biospecimen Logistics (Biotech)

Location: Princeton, New Jersey, United States. Full-time summer internship from June 7 through August 20, 2027, with a 70/30 in-office work model. Candidates must be available for the entire program and qualify as U.S. persons under U.S. export control laws.

Salary: $20.00–$60.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Support the planning, documentation, and execution of clinical kitting operations.
• Build, organize, and maintain SharePoint team sites and libraries.
• Explore generative AI applications using ChatGPT and other digital tools.
• Document workflows, create process maps, and identify efficiency and waste-reduction opportunities.
• Track kit status, supply levels, and performance metrics in Smartsheet and Excel.
• Collaborate with study teams, clinical operations, and vendors while supporting documentation and compliance activities.

Requirements

• Enrollment in a bachelor's program in supply chain, engineering, business, life sciences, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly with diverse teams.
• Must be available for the full internship period and qualify as a U.S. person for export-controlled work.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Smartsheet, SharePoint, and AI tools.
• Exposure to clinical supply chain or regulated clinical trial operations.
• Experience with digital tools, compliance documentation, or process improvement.
