Annual base compensation: $158,500–$208,000

What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners to define requirements and deliver user-centered product solutions.
• Translate customer conversations, product metrics, and research into recommendations balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.
• Lead end-to-end design for product features, including research, concepts, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and final experiences.
• Use Claude Code, GitHub, Figma AI, Cursor, Claude, and GPT to accelerate ideation and create interactive prototypes.
• Develop prompts and prompt-chaining approaches for design explorations, working prototypes, and functional outcomes.
• Communicate design vision to leadership and contribute to product priorities, backlog decisions, scope clarification, and high-quality releases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of design experience, or a master’s degree and 3 years of design experience, in product or UX design.
• Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, Web Design, Graphic Design, Architecture, Cognitive Psychology, or a related field.
• Outstanding online portfolio is required; candidates without a portfolio will not be considered.
• Experience designing and delivering user-facing products in a cross-functional organization.
• Proficiency in UX design and user research with tools such as Figma, Fullstory, Pendo, or Miro.
• Strong technical and data background, including data ingestion, structuring, filtering, and processing.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B or advertising technology.
• Experience with Figma Make, NotebookLM, Cursor, Claude Tools, AI, APIs, segmentation products, or SQL.
