Senior Financial Systems Analyst (SAP)

Location: Based at a J&J office in Beerse, Belgium, Raritan or Titusville, New Jersey, or Spring House, Pennsylvania; other locations may be considered with travel as required.

Salary: $79,000–$127,650 base pay per year.

What you will do

• Coordinate global quarterly and annual financial close activities in the Beacon SAP ERP system.
• Lead SAP organizational changes and design financial reporting hierarchies and structures.
• Maintain financial reporting dashboards and oversee master data creation and governance.
• Manage data interfaces, reconciliations, data integrity, and SOX compliance controls.
• Oversee SAP security, role design, system enhancements, user acceptance testing, and incident resolution.
• Represent Finance in transformation projects, governance forums, and cross-functional initiatives with IT.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance; technical degrees with strong finance or accounting competencies are also considered.
• At least 3 years of relevant finance experience and demonstrated interest in finance technology or ERP systems.
• Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, propose solutions, and improve processes.
• Finance and hands-on SAP FI, CO, and PS experience are preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industries is preferred; understanding of AI concepts and responsible AI practices is also valued.
