Financial Analyst, Global Pediatric Medicine

What you will do

• Perform financial analysis and prepare reports to support departmental decision-making.
• Model revenue and expense changes and develop financial and business analyses.
• Support monthly close, quarterly forecasting, and annual budgeting processes.
• Help develop, implement, and monitor compliance with contract policies and procedures.
• Apply internal controls, financial risk management practices, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards.
• Build productive relationships with departmental partners and vendors while resolving operational roadblocks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience managing or administering financial or budgetary processes.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial systems.
• Experience with month-end close, invoice processing, account reconciliations, and general ledger systems is preferred.
• Experience with Workday, Adaptive Planning, Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboard and data visualization tools is preferred.
• CPA certification is preferred but not required; no license, registration, or certification is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare finance and accounting, including budget development.
• Experience with data visualization and financial dashboards.
• CPA certification.
