Senior Financial Systems Analyst (SAP)

Location: Office-based at the Beerse, Belgium; Raritan, New Jersey; Titusville, New Jersey; or Spring House, Pennsylvania campuses. Other locations may be considered, with travel as required.

Base pay: €60,000–€96,255 annually, plus potential bonus or sales commission depending on pay grade and location.

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate quarterly and annual financial closing activities in the Beacon SAP system with Finance and IT organizations.
• Lead SAP organizational changes and design financial reporting hierarchies and structures for R&D.
• Maintain the Global by Org financial reporting dashboard and coordinate updates with FP&A and IT.
• Oversee data interfaces, reconciliations, master data requests, system security, and SOX compliance controls.
• Serve as the liaison between Finance and the Beacon IT Center of Excellence for change requests, enhancements, testing, and incident resolution.
• Participate in implementation, integration, transformation, governance, and process optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance; technical degrees may be considered with strong finance or accounting competencies.
• At least 3 years of relevant finance experience and demonstrated interest in finance technology or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, propose solutions, and collaborate in a global environment.
• Finance and hands-on SAP experience with FI, CO, and PS are preferred.
• Ability to work from one of the specified J&J office campuses, with travel as required.

Nice to have

• CPA, CMA, MBA, or another financial certification.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industries.
• Experience working with international teams.
• Understanding of AI concepts, responsible AI practices, and effective prompting.
