IT Senior SAP Business Analyst (Global Labeling Solutions)

What you will do

• Support and improve global labeling processes and solutions across manufacturing, quality, procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Analyze incidents, resolve application issues, and improve labeling systems, business processes, and user experience.
• Gather, analyze, document, and translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, solution evaluation, impact assessments, testing coordination, and defect resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Configure and implement application enhancements while maintaining requirements, functional specifications, process flows, testing scripts, training materials, and support documentation.
• Partner with business stakeholders, Centers of Excellence, technical teams, and business leaders to prioritize demand and deliver continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in an SAP manufacturing environment with business process analysis, requirements gathering, and project support.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including configuration, problem resolution, and global label management.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, supply chain, business administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA, SAP integration concepts, interfaces, master data dependencies, and end-to-end business processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or transformation projects, including requirements gathering, testing, data migration, process design, or user adoption.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of global print programs, ABAP, and labeling software such as Loftware, NiceLabel, SAP Global Label Management, or BarTender.
