TL;DR
Plan Systems Integration Sr Analyst (Supply Chain Planning): Integrating MedTech planning solutions including OMP, Blue Yonder, SAP APO, and Demantra with the S/4 HANA ecosystem for OTC across North America and LATAM, with an accent on end-to-end supply chain integration, deployment execution, and business adoption. Focus on designing and deploying multi-wave integrations, coordinating testing and cutover, managing cross-functional stakeholders and vendors, and resolving complex dependencies across planning systems.

Location: Raritan, New Jersey, United States of America. Preferred location is Raritan, New Jersey, US. The role includes 20–30% international travel.

Base pay: $94,000–$151,800 per year.

What you will do

  • Lead multiple integration waves between Transcend S/4 OTC and planning systems, covering design, development, testing, training, cutover, and go-live.
  • Integrate OMP, SAP APO, Blue Yonder, Demantra, and other advanced planning systems across global, regional, and market-level business units.
  • Coordinate Business SMEs, Product Owners, technology teams, planning process owners, vendors, and external integrators.
  • Manage program delivery, schedules, resources, risks, decisions, issues, and cross-functional execution.
  • Ensure JIRA user stories and key design decisions for global template processes are solutioned, tested, and deployed.
  • Create and maintain training materials and deliver training to support planning community adoption.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations, or an equivalent field; MBA preferred.
  • At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or major transformation programs.
  • At least 3–4 years of experience in planning functions.
  • Deep experience with planning systems and advanced planning systems, with OMP highly preferred; SAP APO, Kinaxis, or Blue Yonder experience is also relevant.
  • Strong end-to-end supply chain knowledge, project delivery capability, analytical skills, and stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience working with global or local deployment programs in distributed, diverse, and matrix environments.

Nice to have

  • FPX PL, PMP, or subject matter expert certification.
  • APICS or Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • Experience with MedTech supply chain planning.
