Location: Onsite at 4155 Fairway Plaza Dr, Pasadena, TX 77505, USA

Salary: $17.53–$21.47 per hour, plus an uncapped monthly performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, securing the facility, compliance, safety, and operational standards.
• Drive sales through rentals, protection plans, merchandise, and personalized customer service.
• Resolve customer escalations, process payments, balance receipts, and complete bank deposits.
• Coach, train, and mentor the Assistant General Manager and support performance against KPIs.
• Manage product ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing, displays, and the complete storage auction process.
• Conduct property walkthroughs, safety and lock inspections, cleaning, light maintenance, landscaping, and other tasks requiring lifting 30+ lbs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, and independent working skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook at a basic to moderate level.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation for travel to vendors and other worksites.
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs and work indoors and outdoors in varying environmental conditions.
