Pharmacy Technician Lead Representative - Freedom Fertility - Remote, AZ (Pharmacy)

Location: Remote work from within the state of Arizona; rotating schedule aligned with Eastern Standard Time, including a rotating Saturday shift.

What you will do

• Coordinate and monitor daily pharmacy workflow.
• Lead team huddles and provide coaching and direction to pharmacy technicians.
• Interact with healthcare providers and guide patients on medication coverage.
• Train new employees and identify ongoing training or retraining needs.
• Conduct quality and productivity audits and maintain SOPs/SWIs.
• Support cross-functional work and continuous improvement while maintaining accuracy across multiple pharmacy areas.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of pharmacy technician experience.
• Valid Arizona pharmacy technician license and national certification.
• Experience with Script Med, mentoring or leading teams, MS Office, and Excel.
• Strong pharmacy technician process knowledge, communication, judgment, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work the rotating Eastern Standard Time schedule, including a rotating Saturday shift.
