Pharmacy Operations Rep

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days remote per week.

Base pay: $40,500–$72,500 per year.

What you will do

• Assist pharmacists and pharmacy coordinators with resolving claims, pricing, and coding issues.
• Evaluate and resolve pharmacy-related issues with internal departments and external vendors.
• Apply drug information skills to support accurate pharmacy operations.
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related health care field, or four years of experience in the health care or insurance industry.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician credential.
• Managed care customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
