Lead Market Development (Product Development)

Location: Onsite in Atlanta, Georgia or Dallas, Texas; office presence is required at least 5 days per week. No relocation is offered.

Salary: $128,400.00–$215,800.00 USD annual

What you will do

• Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies for market growth, penetration, products, services, and business verticals.
• Lead product design and new product development from concept through delivery and commercialization.
• Manage strategic programs, projects, launch plans, and cross-functional activities.
• Build and manage partnerships and alliances, including negotiating engagement terms.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, customer insight analysis, and data analytics.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, technical, and other teams while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area is desired.
• Demonstrated experience in product design and successfully bringing new products to market.
• Expertise in resolving complex business issues and leading significant projects with strategic autonomy.
• Experience influencing executive decision-making and mentoring less experienced staff.
• Ability to work onsite in Atlanta or Dallas at least 5 days per week; relocation is not offered.
