TL;DR
Distinguished Product Manager (AI) (Enterprise Product Strategy): Leading enterprise-wide product strategy for complex feature-set platforms with an accent on product vision, governance frameworks, advanced analytics, and responsible AI adoption. Focus on aligning senior stakeholders, driving mass adoption through go-to-market strategies, and developing product management capability across the organization.

Location: Crossman Excellence Building, Sunnyvale, California, United States; primary location at 1345 Crossman Ave, Sunnyvale, CA. An additional salary location is Bentonville, Arkansas.

Annual salary: $169,000–$338,000 in Sunnyvale; $130,000–$260,000 in Bentonville. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses and stock.

What you will do

  • Lead enterprise-wide product strategy for the feature-set domain.
  • Develop product frameworks, Whole Product concepts, and go-to-market approaches to drive adoption and value creation.
  • Establish product operating rhythms, governance frameworks, lifecycle processes, and quality standards.
  • Guide advanced analytics, emerging technology adoption, and responsible AI integration.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams around strategic priorities.
  • Mentor product managers and shape organizational best practices.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in enterprise feature-set product management and enterprise-wide product strategy.
  • Strong experience developing and executing product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends.
  • Experience leading complex product lines using customer insights, competitive analysis, and business strategy.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Experience creating go-to-market strategies and governance frameworks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field plus 11 years of product management experience, or 13 years of product management or related experience.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related area.
  • Experience with consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility practices.
