Specialty Infusion Field Nurse, 32 hours – Accredo – Peoria, IL

Location: Peoria, Illinois, United States; field-based care requires travel within a large geographic region and delivery of services in patients’ homes.

Annual salary: $79,200–$132,000 USD, depending on experience and geographic location. Eligible for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Administer specialty medications, including IV infusions, safely and effectively in patients’ homes.
• Assess patients, document treatments and progress, and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Coordinate care and provide patient updates as the primary point of contact.
• Partner with pharmacists and care teams to support holistic patient well-being.
• Use autonomous clinical judgment to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• At least one year of experience in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within a large geographic region.
• Availability for a 32-hour workweek, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Nice to have

• Two or more years of RN experience in a hospital or home health setting.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy programs.
