System Administrator EPIC - IT Services - Full Time REMOTE

Location: Remote - NH, United States; work shift: 8am–5pm

What you will do

• Install, configure, operate, and maintain Epic service, client application, and web application servers.
• Set up, monitor, and maintain assigned systems and application delivery technologies.
• Support the implementation, configuration, and deployment of physical and virtual server infrastructure across Microsoft and Linux platforms.
• Administer and support VMware enterprise infrastructure, including related hardware and software.
• Install and maintain line-of-business applications in coordination with relevant departments and organizational resources.
• Provide timely technical support to end users by phone, electronic communication, or in person.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience supporting server and storage infrastructure technologies.
• Vendor-required certification or proficiency for assigned Epic applications and modules.
• Employees who are not certified or proficient at hire have six months from their date of hire or transfer to obtain the required certification or proficiency.
• Ability to work remotely from New Hampshire, United States, during the 8am–5pm shift.
