TL;DR
System Administrator (Windows/Linux Infrastructure): Maintaining corporate IT infrastructure, employee access, networks, endpoints, internal services, backups, and security systems with an accent on Microsoft 365, Active Directory, virtualization, networking, and access management. Focus on administering hybrid Windows and Linux environments, testing recovery procedures, troubleshooting L2–L3 incidents, and improving operational reliability through automation and documentation.

What you will do
- Manage the full employee access lifecycle across Microsoft 365, Active Directory, GitLab, 1C-related systems, Slack, ClickUp, Vaultwarden, VPN, file storage, and other corporate services.
- Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365/Entra ID, Linux systems, DNS, DHCP, file services, and SMB-based storage.
- Maintain servers, virtualization, storage, backups, internal services, remote-access solutions, office networks, Wi-Fi, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, and network equipment.
- Monitor infrastructure and backup jobs, perform recovery tests, apply patches, troubleshoot incidents, and operate endpoint protection, EDR, vulnerability-management, logging, and SIEM tools.
- Provide infrastructure support for SWIFT, 1C-related systems, corporate websites, and internal web services, including L2–L3 support for employee devices.
- Manage IT assets, software licences, subscriptions, documentation, access records, recovery procedures, operational runbooks, and repetitive-task automation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in system administration, infrastructure support, or corporate IT operations.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365/Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, and access management.
- Working knowledge of Linux administration, TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, NAT, VPNs, Wi-Fi, firewalls, NAS, and SMB.
- Experience with virtualization, Proxmox, ZFS, LVM, storage, backups, recovery procedures, Docker, GitLab CI, and container registries.
- Understanding of RBAC, least privilege, MFA, SSO, privileged and service accounts, access reviews, patching, endpoint security, cloud concepts, and ITSM/helpdesk systems.
- Basic automation skills in PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ansible, or APIs, plus good written English and clear technical documentation skills.
Nice to have
- Hands-on AWS experience with IAM, EC2, VPC, S3, Route 53, CloudWatch, or AWS Backup.
- Experience operating or troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters.
- Experience with SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanners, PKI, certificate automation, or secrets-management systems.
- Experience supporting 1C, SWIFT, financial systems, Microsoft Intune, or ITAM/CMDB platforms.
