Medical Economics Intern (Undergraduate - Summer 2027)

Location: Fully remote within the United States; Remote-MO

Pay range: $18–$26 per hour

What you will do

• Support the creation of a context layer for an AI-enabled Power BI dashboard used to manage member panels.
• Use SQL and quantitative analysis to prepare and evaluate healthcare data for business intelligence solutions.
• Build and enhance Power BI dashboards that support provider decision-making and member outcomes.
• Develop visualizations, presentations, and summaries for business stakeholders using familiarity with artificial intelligence.
• Research legal, regulatory, and industry topics within the functional area.
• Participate in training and development activities while contributing to projects across the Managed Care industry.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited college or university through the internship period.
• Preferred academic background in Public Health, Health Informatics, or a related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Employment-based sponsorship is not available, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, and CPT.
