Summer 2027 Data Analytics Intern (Remote)

Location: Remote within the United States; locations listed are Winter Haven and Tampa, Florida. The role is remote five days per week, Monday through Friday, with a 40-hour workweek.

What you will do

• Participate in workshops, technical training, onboarding, and special internship projects.
• Assist with data analysis, dashboard development, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives.
• Create and enhance reports and visualizations using Power BI and related analytics tools.
• Work with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and prepare data.
• Use SQL and enterprise data platforms to analyze information and support data-driven decisions.
• Complete mandatory compliance training and new employee orientation.

Requirements

• Current undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, curiosity, and self-motivation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work extensively with computer screens, documents, and reports.
• Graduation in December 2027 or May 2028 and a 3.4 GPA are preferred.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, Streamlit, Python, R, data warehousing, or data visualization tools.
