Summer 2027 Business Solutions Intern (Banking Operations)

Location: Remote 5 days a week within the United States; locations listed include Winter Haven, Florida and Charleston, South Carolina. The role requires 40 hours per week with minimal travel.

What you will do

• Participate in workshops, training sessions, internship activities, and special projects.
• Assist with data analytics, project due diligence, and administrative support for business intelligence, process improvement, and production management programs.
• Collaborate with business solutions teams, operations managers, analysts, specialists, and team leaders on active business initiatives.
• Prioritize tasks, maintain attention to detail, meet deadlines, and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
• Complete mandatory new-hire compliance training and orientation.

Requirements

• Current undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Rising senior graduating in December 2027 or May 2028 is preferred; a 3.4 GPA is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical and creative mindset, eagerness to learn, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Ability to access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports during extended computer use.

Nice to have

• Experience with Visio, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, or Power Query.
