Coupa Integration Consultant

Location: 100% remote within the United States; the posting also lists Maple Grove, Minnesota.

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 annually.

What you will do

• Design and develop integrations between Coupa and ERP, finance, payroll, supplier network, identity, and payment systems.
• Build API and middleware integrations using Coupa Integration Cloud, Coupa Open APIs, MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato.
• Implement supplier onboarding, catalog, contract, requisition, purchase order, invoice, payment, chart-of-accounts, user, role, and approval-hierarchy data flows.
• Design secure integration patterns, including OAuth, SSO, certificate-based authentication, least-privilege access, error handling, retries, and reconciliation.
• Profile and optimize high-volume integration performance, participate in releases and upgrades, and support production incidents.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, IT, product, engineering, and business stakeholders while maintaining technical documentation and mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least five years of integration engineering experience and hands-on Coupa integration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Coupa Integration Cloud, Coupa Open APIs, source-to-pay and procure-to-pay processes.
• Experience with at least one major iPaaS, such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato.
• Strong SQL, data transformation, REST/SOAP API, OAuth, and integration security skills.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Coupa certifications.
• Experience integrating Coupa with SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Familiarity with Coupa Pay, Coupa Risk Assess, Coupa Treasury, supplier networks, or global BSM rollouts.
