Senior Enterprise Systems Developer - Procurement Systems

Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX, United States. Candidates progressing to the offer stage may need to attend an in-person interview at a hirify.global office or hub. The position may require authorization to access technology controlled under U.S. export laws without sponsorship for an export license.

What you will do

• Own administration, development, security settings, environments, performance, and Tier 3 support for Zip, Ironclad, Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement, and Coupa.
• Design and deliver integrations, automated workflows, templates, and API-based data flows across procurement, contract lifecycle management, and ERP platforms.
• Evaluate, implement, test, and govern native AI capabilities for contract analysis, redlining, vendor onboarding, and intake routing.
• Translate Procurement, Legal, and Finance requirements into global Procure-to-Pay, intake, and contract approval workflows.
• Lead vendor release impact assessments, upgrades, and the migration away from Coupa while maintaining business continuity.
• Maintain application controls, architecture documentation, process maps, and continuity plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field, plus 5–7+ years of enterprise systems development and administration experience focused on procurement or P2P systems.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Zip, Ironclad, Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement, and Coupa.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integration logic, data flows, scripting, and complex conditional workflows.
• Experience deploying, testing, or administering AI and machine learning features in SaaS platforms for contract lifecycle or spend management.
• Experience in SOX-compliant environments, quarterly access reviews, Segregation of Duties, IT General Controls, and audit support.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay, Source-to-Pay, and Contract Lifecycle Management processes, with excellent stakeholder communication skills.
