Workday Platform Owner, Integration, Reporting, and Security (Workday)

Location: USA - Remote; must be available to work East Coast hours. Travel of up to 10% is anticipated.

Salary: $127,900-$175,900 annual base salary.

What you will do

• Own the delivery and support of Workday HCM integrations, reporting, and security solutions, with a focus on payroll and total rewards.
• Scope, design, estimate, document, test, and support inbound and outbound integrations and maintain the integration inventory and design map.
• Act as the technical liaison between business stakeholders, HR technology and functional teams, external vendors, and offshore developers.
• Provide Workday reporting expertise, including data sources, objects, complex calculated fields, and technical solution design.
• Manage technical projects, vendor relationships, enhancement requests, service requests, and escalated support issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement automation, design improvements, and integration standards to reduce incidents and support effort.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience.
• At least 5 years of experience configuring inbound and outbound Workday HCM integrations, including APIs and Workday Studio Integration Designer.
• At least 5 years of technical integration support involving external payroll and benefits providers.
• Experience with SQL, XML/XSLT, SOAP, REST, and middleware such as BizTalk or Fusion.
• Expertise in Workday custom report development and calculated fields.
• Must be able to work remotely from the USA and work East Coast hours.

• Experience with waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
