Salary: $135,035.83–$234,801.11 annually

What you will do

• Lead systems engineering efforts and support engineering review board processes, documentation, requirements, risk assessments, and performance metrics.
• Elicit, analyze, document, trace, and review complex requirements for mission systems through development, integration, verification, delivery, deployment, and installation.
• Oversee end-to-end system integration, functionality, and performance while coordinating with program managers, developers, stakeholders, and end users.
• Facilitate cross-component collaboration and support thread-based structures, solution epics, and program epics.
• Manage and analyze system data, including data strategies, provenance, optimization, and product delivery performance.
• Support acquisition activities, vendor testing, cost estimates, contract documentation, and strategic recommendations for future capabilities.

Requirements

• Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• BS with 10–12 years of experience, MS with 8–10 years, or Ph.D. with 5–7 years.
• Experience with the full systems engineering and integration lifecycle, including requirements management, architecture, design, implementation, verification, validation, testing, operations transition, and maintenance.
• Working knowledge of SAFe agile methodology, agile planning, Atlassian Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong customer teaming, technical communication, organization, prioritization, analysis, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GEOINT systems and ground systems.
• Experience in Intelligence Community or Department of Defense environments.
