Salary: $52,000–$60,000 annually, or commensurate with experience

What you will do

• Support the Director in all aspects of Enrollment Management & New Student Experience operations.
• Serve on the management team and represent the department, division, or university on committees.
• Develop strategic plans, departmental budgets, programs, reports, analyses, and surveys.
• Plan, direct, coordinate, and evaluate operational and procedural activities.
• Monitor compliance with university, departmental, governmental, and unit standards and policies.
• Provide leadership, supervision, and guidance to a team or departmental sub-units, including during the Director’s absence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six years of related experience.
• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
• Ability to multitask, work cooperatively, and communicate clearly and effectively.
