Salary: $45,000–$68,330.50 annually based on experience; the posting also lists a proposed minimum salary of $3,750 monthly.

What you will do

  • Coordinate clinical compliance for faculty, staff, and students using the compliance database platform.
  • Track and report immunizations, certifications, background checks, drug screens, health clearances, and other clinical requirements.
  • Monitor compliance with clinical affiliation agreements, regulatory standards, and clinical facility requirements.
  • Develop timelines, action plans, policies, procedures, training materials, and compliance awareness sessions.
  • Identify risks, manage noncompliance situations, evaluate program effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
  • Serve as a liaison with clinical agencies and support student orientation, clinical site relationships, budgets, and team operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least four years of experience in compliance coordination, management, or a related area.
  • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
  • Strong organizational, accuracy, problem-solving, time-management, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work cooperatively with others.
  • Employment is contingent on credential verification and completion of a criminal history investigation.

Nice to have

  • Five or more years of compliance coordination or management experience.
  • Experience with medical provider compliance and clinical compliance documentation.
  • Experience with agency requirements, reporting, database management, and public relations.
