Operations Manager, Fulfillment Operations

Location: 4779 Hanoverville Rd, Building 200, Bethlehem, PA 18020, United States. Onsite, 2nd shift. The role requires standing and walking continuously during an 8–10 hour shift and frequent bending, reaching, and pushing/pulling.

Salary: $85,000–$90,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus plan.

What you will do

• Direct distribution operations, customer service, human resources, and recruiting activities for the facility.
• Manage team performance, set goals, and hire, train, coach, and motivate employees.
• Track operational KPIs and use data-driven analysis to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies that improve productivity, support revenue goals, and meet merchant expectations.
• Establish and enforce safety procedures and maintain a healthy, legally compliant work environment.
• Ensure receiving, storage, handling, and shipping processes meet safety, quality, legality, and timing requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience with safety procedures in a distribution center environment.
• Understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Demonstrated ownership and a track record of delivering results.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction.
• A degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, General Management, or a related field is preferred.
