Logistics Analyst (Autonomous Trucking)

Location: Pittsburgh, PA, United States; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in the office

Salary: $87,000–$139,000 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits

What you will do

• Coordinate end-of-line transport, service moves, and inter-site transfers for hirify.global vehicles.
• Triage competing priorities, identify emerging risks, and sequence time-sensitive logistics work.
• Manage data exchanges across NetSuite, EDI, JIRA, supplier portals, carrier portals, and partner systems.
• Coordinate warehousing and reverse logistics across hirify.global sites and third-party partners.
• Communicate delays, risks, customs holds, freight issues, and cost exposure to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop continuous improvement plans and pilot AI, automation, and emerging technology to improve control tower operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Demonstrated proactive adoption and championing of AI tools, automation, NetSuite, or similar technologies.
• Ability to switch rapidly between multiple tasks, projects, stakeholders, and deliverables while maintaining accurate status details.
• Experience navigating supplier and carrier portals and data exchanges for vehicle or freight movements.
• Ability to work from Pittsburgh, PA, with at least 3 days per week in the office.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with EDI, JIRA, customs, freight, or vehicle transport operations.
• Comfort making autonomous decisions in time-sensitive situations.
• Strong organization and willingness to engage with partners by phone.
