Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Anoka, Minnesota, United States; onsite, 3rd shift

What you will do

• Lead, train, direct, evaluate, educate, and mentor production employees.
• Manage day-to-day production activities and ensure current commitments are achieved.
• Monitor daily performance using process center communication boards.
• Drive waste reduction and continuous improvement through Lean manufacturing methods.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and support safety programs.
• Review weekly payroll hours, support new process and product implementation, and lead improvement projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred, including manufacturing leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of Lean manufacturing experience and the ability to apply Lean concepts and methodologies.
• A bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Onsite work in Anoka, Minnesota, United States on the third shift.
